Once your order is placed and payment is completed, we will arrange for shipment as soon as possible according to the order sequence. Please refer to the Delivery time on the product page for processing time.

Shipping Instructions
- Domestic: SF Express, arrival within 3 working days after shipment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- International: FedEx / DHL / SF Express, arrival within 3 to 8 working days after shipment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Warranty Instructions
If the product you purchased comes with a warranty, and the defect is not caused by human error / external forces / improper use, we will replace or repair defective parts and materials free of charge within the warranty period. Damage caused by human error or improper use is not covered under the warranty. Products sold AS-IS are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return and Exchange Instructions
- Only products with a warranty are eligible.
- Returned or exchanged products must retain their original condition, including invoices, accessories, and packaging. Do not remove or damage the warranty stickers on the product, otherwise, the warranty will be void.
- Return period: within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Refunds
- Upon receiving and confirming your return request, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the returned product.
- If you paid by wire transfer, please provide your bank account details to facilitate the refund process (international refunds will deduct the wire transfer fee).
