Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Only products with a warranty are eligible for return or exchange. Products without a warranty are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after purchase.
  2. Please contact customer service to request a return or exchange and provide the reason for the malfunction. Customer service email: service@syec-market.com. After receiving a response from customer service, please return the product.
  3. The product must be kept in its original condition. Do not tear or damage the warranty sticker on the product. Please also return the invoice and accessories. If the warranty sticker is damaged, the return or exchange cannot be processed.
  4. Return period: within 30 days after receiving the product.
  5. Refund process:
    • Once we receive the return request and product, we will inspect the product. If the damage is determined to be caused by factors other than human error., the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after inspection.
    • If you paid by wire transfer, please provide your bank account details to facilitate the refund process. (For international refunds, the transfer fee will be deducted from the refund amount.)
  6. Return and exchange process:
    • Exchange: Contact customer service to make a request → Wait for customer service reply → Return the product (and accessories) → Product inspection → Exchange request approved → New product shipped
    • Return: Contact customer service to make a request → Wait for customer service reply → Return the product → Product inspection → Return request approved → Refund processed
