Domestic: SF Express, arrival within 3 working days after shipment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If the product you purchased comes with a warranty, and the defect is not caused by human error / external forces / improper use, we will replace or repair defective parts and materials free of charge within the warranty period. Damage caused by human error or improper use is not covered under the warranty. Products sold AS-IS are not eligible for return or exchange.
Only products with a warranty are eligible.
Returned or exchanged products must retain their original condition, including invoices, accessories, and packaging. Do not remove or damage the warranty stickers on the product, otherwise, the warranty will be void.
Return period: within 30 days of receiving the product.
Refunds
Shipping is free for domestic deliveries. For international deliveries, customers must bear the shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customers.
